Unprofessional staff as we reclaimed a very bad quality product. They only offered a credit note, but which makes less sense buying in an outlet. They handled the whole situation very unprofessional and were less polite. As a customer, when claiming a broken shoe after 3 times wearing, I expect cash back and an excuse. Situation was only solved because other customers understood the situation and offered to use our credit when paying... SORRY MANAGERS, but this way customer friendly business does not work!
