The food is good. However, it's very pricey. Every thing is sold individually. One hamburger was $13.
The store is kept busy, to be sure, but Woodbury Commons is a popular site. We stood in line for 10 minutes. The burgers were good enough, but small for the price. I struggled to find their 'special sauce' on mine. The fries were cold and the 'root beer float' consisted of a scoop of ice cream in the bottom of a cup with root beer poured on top. It was very crowded and finding a place to sit was a challenge. We finally got a table and wanted to borrow a chair from a neighboring table to accommodate all in our party. Sadly, one of the employees rudely snatched it away and said it was against fire codes.
Can definitely see where burgers priest got their inspiration from. Get the fries and the "black and white" shake. All the burgers are good
My biggest disappointment was the filthy bathrooms. The ladies in my group noted that the women's bathroom, in addition to being dirty, was out of toilet paper and one of the two stall doors was broken. The men's was also in need of a thorough cleaning. I had hoped for more from Shake Shack and will not return.
You can't go wrong.
Had the food hearing great things about it. Which ill say flavor In my burger was good the size was mediocre. Shake was fantastic. But in all honesty I would rather have Five Guys burger and shake for the same price but more.
Fresh burgers, great fries, good custard. Shake Shack is great. Had only been to one in Brooklyn before this. Nice outdoor seating with lots of activity to watch. Drink machine flavor was a little off.
