Keep in mind one thing; one reason it's crazy in there is that unlike some practices, they don't make you wait several months for something that needs attention now! Also, some practices I've gone to are arrogant at best; I've never seen that in this practice.
This office is out of control - 45 minute wait in the waiting room then over 1 hour in the exam room and then Dr Leppard comes in for literally 30 seconds and says all looks good. This practice is just to ig for its own good and the doctors dont give a s**t about patients. WHY TAKE APPOINTMENTS?

I guess waiting for an appointment isn't pleasant for anyone, but I'd happily wait to see any doctor in this practice. They are all excellent in their specialties. It's nice to have someone to rely on when facing surgery. BTW I never had to wait more than 10 min. in exam room. AND doctor leppard spent as much time with me as needed. He always does. Rating is A+++
Dr Leppard is one of the most compassionate caring skilled surgeons in the entire state. His skills and knowledge saved my moms shoulder and he follows through every step of the way through the entire progress and truly cares. This practice is totally up to date with all the necessary methods to handle any orthopedic situation. Dr leppard gave my mom her life back and with his amazing surgical skills this would be the only orthopedic surgeon that I would ever allow to handle any orthopedic matter. There practice is very clean the staff is friendly and very helpful and the wait is barely a matter they get you in and situated with ease and the Dr makes you feel safe cared for and will help you through any of your orthopedic needs.
They are skilled, they are smart enough to have Electronic Health/Medical Records complete with an integrated X Ray display system, but as people have noted, the waits are very, very long. They have a serious scheduling problem - something their EHR system should help them analyze and fix. As to Dr. John Joseph Leppard, he is very good at what he does, but SOMETIMES is very, very rushed, and that caused me some difficulty once - but the overall outcome was good. I will still go to him if needed - but I'll give 2 or 3 extra hours.
