Our family of four has been seeing Dr. Herman for over 15 years now, and he and his staff are absolutely fantastic. The care is top-notch. Each visit is a warm and friendly experience, in a very pleasant environment. Dr. Herman's staff are all equally highly skilled and extremely professional, so much so that it doesn't matter who has been assigned to you for each visit. Rarely, if ever, does office run behind schedule due to their ultra-efficient and organized nature. As long as you are on time, they are ready to take you as scheduled without fail, even during peak times when waiting room is full. Staff confirms your appointments via phone or text, so you receive a reminder a few days prior. If more complex dental work is done, there is always a follow up call from Dr. Herman himself. Each visit they cater to your every detail and accommodate any request to make your procedure as pleasant as possible. Dr. Herman is also the Team Dentist for the New York Islanders. This is a top-notch dental practice. There is no better.
Dr. Herman has been our family dentist for over eight years. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Not only is he professional and extremely thorough, but he makes it easy to go to a dentist. His bedside manner is terrific. He always has a smile and makes his patients feel very comfortable. Our boys have been going to Dr. Herman since they were young and have had such thorough cleanings, they have never actually had a cavity. His hygienists are wonderful, caring people, spending as much time with their patients as necessary. You never feel rushed and know you are leaving there with a very thorough cleaning and exam. My son recently broke his front tooth while at work in the city. He called Dr. Herman's office and was told to come in as soon as possible. His staff is very kind and always accommodating. They were able to fit him in the same day knowing that he was self conscious about his broken tooth. He left there with a beautiful tooth and great smile. Dr. Herman is also team dentist for the Islanders which makes perfect sense. His work is truly remarkable and state of the art.
